Can I return my ring for a different style?

If you would like to change the style of your ring, you may do so within the first 30 days after the ring is delivered for a 20% Style Exchange Fee based on the current full retail price of the original ring. After 30 days and up to 1 year, there is a 40% Style Exchange Fee. There are no style exchanges after 1 year.

If your new style is more expensive than your original ring, you will be responsible to pay that difference in addition to the Style Exchange Fee. If the new ring is less expensive no refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference. You may only do a style exchange once. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the shipping for the new ring.
